She received her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Teaching at Humboldt State University. Adriana is a skilled CHEK Practitioner Level 1. She is highly recommended for her expertise in holistic healing for women to cleanse and restore the gut microbiome, balance hormones, increase fertility along with implementation of pelvic floor and weight training. Adriana implements the Chinese meditation practice, Qi Gong, with her clients. Where the client learns how to attune, breathe and regulate the nervous system. He’s worked with some of the top athletes in the world including, but not limited to Minkah Fitzpatrick, Ivana Habazin, Daniel Straus, Chase Sherman, and Sydney Outlaw. Jack specializes in working with Football players from the professional level to youth. As well as the general public that are dedicated to improving their health and wellness to their highest potential.

Wyatt Griffith

Wyatt Griffith is a Human Performance Analyst , and has been nationally recognized as one of the top Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches in the country. Wyatt’s continuous contributions to the world of strength and conditioning continues to be noticed by the elite in world. Names like NFL Hall of Fame Terrell Owens, Sammy Watkins and Kurt Benkert to name a fraction on his abundant list of athletes. Wyatt has worked with a wide variety of professional athletes that represent the NFL, NBA, UFC, WWE, Olympians-and USA Hockey. Wyatt has even co-produced a show with Terrell Owens that was premiered on Hulu and Fubo. The show was a success and even affiliated with an Emmy nomination. The show detailed the importance of sports performance, and was very influential and informative in regards to learning not only about what athletes go through , but the whats and the whys of sport’s performance. Wyatt has spent the last nine years devoted to the betterment of human performance. Wyatts educational background in Olympic Sports Performance started at Ohio Wesleyan University. As a two sports athlete for both football and track, his studied major was Human Health and Kinetics. While attending OWU, Wyatt was nominated by my teammates to be a Captain of his football team, and in the same year ranked as the #1 kick returner in the nation. Following his collegiate career, he went on to play professional football in the Arena Football League, and was able to show case his talents for the Canadian Football League. Wyatt’s passion for increasing sports performance of athletes led him to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. Wyatt continues to learn, coach and produce results for athletes of various sports including recovery from injury. While the Director of Human Performance at Amazing Wellness Chiropractic, DISC Centers of America, Wyatt assessed patients who suffered traumatic injuries as well as those in postoperative recovery. Wyatt engineered functional performance programs that would accelerate their recovery time, alleviate pain and produce longevity for their life. Wyatt’s recent endeavors, has lead him to engage with americas elite in the world of tactical operations. Wyatt has worked with members of DELTA, Ranger Regiment and currently coordinates with Law Enforcement. Wyatt’s familiarity with LEO is extensive and one of great respect. Growing up the son of two LEO parents, his ability to gage and understand the importance of performance training within the LEO world, has been crucial for agencies like LCSO. Wyatt is currently the Tactical Conditioning Coordinator for the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. Wyatt’s responsibilities there as a Human Performance Analyst, is the overseeing of operational risk management, creating more efficient operatives in every aspect of the agency. All while mitigating risk of suboptimal physical quality, by keeping that human in the center of that goal. Wyatt’s background comes from training through FDLE at Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy, and SPEAR, a predictive analytics tech company that works directly with members of the DOD, DOJ and SOCOM. Wyatt’s programming for Tactical Strength and Conditioning takes on a whole new objective, for optimizing performance in the field. His understanding of hand to hand combat and force on force shooting scenarios, enhances operatives action and reaction timing. Wyatt’s belief is, at the end of the day, results speak louder than words and producing results is exactly what Wyatt does. Regardless of good or bad days, at the conclusion of our day we must end with production and strive to be at least 1% better. This mentality has helped Wyatt bring out the best in those he’s coached, and aims to bring this method everywhere he goes.

Jose Rojas

Jose Rojas is a United States Marine Corps veteran with over 10 years of working with and coaching combat athletes. In collaboration with the Daru Strong Performance, Rojas plays an integral role in the application of the world’s leading training methods (Daru Strong Training Methods) for performance, welfare, and research regarding mixed martial arts. Over the course of his career, he has designed and implemented comprehensive performance training and nutrition programs for several NCAA Champions, National Champions, and Special Olympics, in a multitude of sports and disciplines, including Boxing, Figure Skating, Track & Field, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Bodybuilding, Tactical, and Hockey. A 2021 graduate with a M.S. in Exercise & Sports Science from Nova Southeastern University (NSU), Rojas' rise through the profession began in the Marine Corps, where he was given the opportunity to program and improve the Semper Fit Program. Following his stint in the military Rojas enrolled at NSU in the Department of Human Performance where he competed in Track & Field for his undergraduate program. Rojas most recently serves as an The Director of Athletic Performance under Master Strength and Conditioning Coach Phil Daru. Phil and Jose have trained some of the world's best MMA and Boxing Champions like Dustin Poirier, Maureen Shea, Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Danielle Scardina, and many more. During his time with Phil, he expanded his involvement with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), participating in multiple Special Interest Groups, as well as performance training for combat athletes. In the clinical side, Jose is a Sports Nutritionist and research scientist under Dr. Jose Antonio and the International Society for Sports Nutrition (ISSN). Jose is currently enrolled to Rocky Mountain University perusing a PhD. in Health Sciences with a concentration in Human & Sports Performance. Rojas is also currently the Program Director and a professor at Keiser University for the Exercise & Sports Science Program.

Jake Allen

Coach Allen attended the University of Missouri, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. While obtaining his undergraduate degree, Jake began personal training for two years prior to joining the University of Missouri Basketball staff for the 2017-2018 season. During this time, the Missouri program made the NCAA March Madness tournament, while he coached NBA lottery draft pick and champion, Michael Porter Jr. Upon graduation, Coach Allen went down south to the University of Texas, where he began working with the Olympic Sports department. During this time, he coached numerous Olympians from Swim and Dive, to Track and Field. Following his first summer in Austin, Jake transitioned over to the Men’s Basketball program to begin the 2018 season. During this time, he coached NBA first round draft pick of the New Orleans Pelicans Jaxson Hayes, along with New York Nicks Center, Jericho Simms. Following his tenure at The University of Texas, Coach Allen was introduced as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for The University of Houston Men’s Basketball program. During the two seasons of which he was a member of the staff, they won the American Conference Championship, while reaching the Sweet 16 and producing multiple NBA players, including first round draft pick of the New York Nicks Quentin Grimes, Brooklyn Nets Guard Armoni Brooks, and Detroit Pistons Guard Marcus Sasser. Before the 2021 season, The University of Houston Baseball program named Coach Allen the Director of Sports Performance. While serving in this role for nearly 18 months, he helped develop several MLB Draft Picks, including Robert Gasser, a pitcher drafted 71st overall in 2021, and the 2023 AAA league pitcher of the year. Following his tenure in the collegiate realm, Jake moved into the professional sports realm. He joined the New York Mets organization as a Minor League Performance Coach, and Reconditioning Specialist, working with a slew of current and future Major Leaguers. Coach Allen holds multiple professional certifications, including; CSCCA SCCC, NSCA CSCS, FRCms, USAW-L1.
